Meet Matt
Matt's story began as number seven of ten children in a large Italian family and as a five-year-old performer in The Dancing Dentino Family Act.
Through years of rehearsing and performing across the Midwest, he caught three lessons from his father that still shape his work: family, service to others, and dedication through what he calls persistent consistency.
That foundation now meets more than three decades of business, technology, sales, and leadership experience. At Braintrust Growth, Matt turns neuroscience and behavioral psychology into practical conversations people can use. He also serves as Executive Producer of the Driving Change Podcast.

A lifetime on stage
Theater, music, character work, and live events have shaped Matt's instincts for timing, presence, and connection.
Speaker point of view
“Connection comes before influence.”
People decide whether you are safe, credible, and relevant before they fully process what you are asking them to do. Great communicators design for that sequence.
